Ride For Health Initiative

The Ride for Health Initiative is a program of the
Phoenixville Community Health Foundation. Since September 2006 the program has addressed the needs of persons with transportation barriers to medical and
social service appointments.

 

Participating service providers who are eligible to provide services through the program are:

  • American Cancer Society
  • Chester Counseling Center
  • Chester County OIC
  • Family Services of Chester County
  • Fellowship Health Resources
  • Good Samaritan Shelter
  • Healthy Start
  • Open Hearth
  • Park Springs Apartments
  • Phoenixville Area Community Services [PACS]
  • Phoenixville Healthcare Access Foundation
  • Project Outreach
  • St. Mary’s Franciscan Shelter

Company

 

The Program Manager is the Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC
