The Foundation Office is closed in keeping with the Governor’s Health Emergency Guidelines.

  • All programs and activities are cancelled and will be rescheduled
  • Staff is working remotely and will respond to phone messages and email

COVID-19 Special Grant Fund

Because of the current COVID-19 health crisis, the PCHF Board of Directors  has elected to create a special grant fund to assist local NPO’s with their community support activities. To do this, it was approved that all undesignated grant funds be pulled and designated to COVID-19 relief.  This includes Mini-Grant Funds.

All Mini-Grant Funds are closed effective immediately through 6/30/2020.

These funds are available to PCHF Grantee organizations providing critical services in support of the COVID-19 pandemic. 


  • Funding available ONLY to current PCHF grantee organizations
  • Services must provided within the PCHF service area, e.g. the greater Phoenixville region

A consultation with Tamela Luce, President & CEO is required prior to submitting a proposal
