We want to share with our community all that has happened in the last fiscal year (July 1, 2020- June 30,2021) at Phoenixville Community Health Foundation. We were challenged to quickly help our safety net and grow in the process. We are proud of all the accomplishments and support that we continue to receive from our Board, staff, and community organizations.
