On September 14, 2017, Meeting of the Board of Directors announced their Grant Award Summary.  This document  lists grants awarded to fulfill our mission at the different levels we offer, including:

  • LEVEL ONE: Creating avenues for, or improving access to, direct health care services
  • LEVEL TWO: Services addressing health, human service & quality of life issues for the fragile,
    disabled and those at risk of falling further behind socially & economically
  • LEVEL THREE: Social/Civic/Economic Health Related Services and Capacity
    Building Services for Local Non-Profit Groups
  • SPECIAL GRANTS APPROVED: In support of Foundation Initiatives
