The mission of the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation is to improve the health and quality of life for people in the greater Phoenixville region by increasing access to quality healthcare services and promoting healthy communities through grant making and collaborations with health, civic, business and community partners. Louis J. Beccaria, Ph.D., the Foundation’s President and CEO, notes that “These grants support this mission in that they address the physical, behavioral, social, economic and civic health of the Foundation’s community.”

Please join the community on November 4th as we remember those who have lost their lives to gun violence. Program times and locations are listed below.

4:00 p.m. St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 121 Church Street, Phoenixville. Educational forum and call to action.

4:30 p.m. Witness Walk through Phoenixville with stops en route to the First United Methodist Church on 865 South Main Street.

5:00 p.m. Remembrance service at Memorial to the Lost tee-shirt display on the front lawn of First United Methodist Church.

Free After School Programs...
Mr. Cool: ages 10-14. Every Tuesday October 2nd
Miss Love: ages 13-18. Every Thursday October 4th
Location: Civic Center (123 Main St)
7-week program...weekly dinner and incentive for participants ins a trusted environment where girls and boys can express their dreams, fears and what matters the most in their journey through life.

Register by 9/28/18. First 5 registered participants who complete the program get a special gift!
