Major Donor Training Program

An educational program for small to mid-sized non-profit organizations serving the
greater Phoenixville region. The program focuses on expanding fundraising
options to include individual donors: identifying, soliciting, care and nurturing.

To apply for and qualify for this program applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • have an annual operating budget between $100,000 – $1,000,000
  •  operate within the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation service area and be a grantee organization of the Foundation
  • have an established Development/Fundraising Committee of the Board of Directors
  • show evidence that 100% of the Board of Directors have financially contributed to the organization annually for at least two years;
  • Board members must be willing to participate fully in the training and act as the liaison to the full governing board
  • The training team must include a team of four: Executive Director/CEO, Board Chair/President, Senior Fund Development Staff; Chair of the Development/Fundraising Committee
