Tamela Luce, President/CEO
- Tamela has more than two decades of philanthropic experience as the Senior Program Officer for Health Spark Foundation, and as the Director of Grantmaking for Women’s Way. She holds a Master of Public Administration degree, with a concentration in nonprofit management, from West Chester University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Institutions and Policy from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri.

Lynn Pike Hartman, Vice President/Programs
- Lynn has over forty-three years’ experience with-in the non-profit sector joining the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation team in October 2004. Past experience includes behavioral health, economic/industrial development, youth/mentoring, as well as well as program development, capacity building and consulting

Jeanette Hall, Director of Finance and Operations
- Jeanette has more than 30 years of accounting experience, with a Bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. Her prior experience in organizations, large and small, include Medical, Banking, Retail, and, most recently, nonprofit. She was Director of Financial operations for A Woman’s Place, the only Domestic Violence organization in Buck’s County. She brings with her several years of grant budget writing as well as program / advocacy experience.

Holly Megay, Administrative Assistant
- Holly has over twenty-five years’ experience in customer service that led her to the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation’s team in 2008. Greeting people and helping the Foundation’s everyday operations run smoothly is a role she greatly enjoys.
